My Very Necessary Medical I.D. Card

My Very Necessary Medical I.D. Card

This is the best use of 40.00 I have spent in years. I have an ID card, key card tag, 2 stickers for my car and a printout for my service dog that goes in his badge. I also got a prescription discount card.
Downloading information was easy and I have all my information in one place now. Love it!!!

  1. can you please send me the info on how you got all that without costing me an arm and a leg. I am making a BIG move from NH to Florida. To make a long story short, if you ever watched the movie Beaches, that is me and my best friend of 36 years. As my health declines she instructed and is paying for me to move down there so she can be closer to me. Well only 1 of my 3 are coming with me and it my 14 yr old and she has expressed many many times that she wants me to get one of those alert buttons incase i fall and cant get up, but I have no idea at what point in my disability stage would I be able to get a dog, especially where i have seizures, ( under control for almost 2 years) and these cards and tags you talk about. My Rebiff nurse was nice enough to direct me to MSAA so i got a cooling vest, cooling neck ring, cooling slot on a pillow case and wristbands and I have also just been approved for a wheelchair. ALL FOR FREE. MSAA.ORG.. If you could pass your resources around it would be great.

  2. Dear GrammyRae:

I am at this juncture in my life indigent and spent $40.00 on this card. It was well worth the money and time to download all the info.

If you click on the link "My Very Necessary Medical ID Card, it will take you to the site. If you are having financial issues, call your local MS chapter for resources. I did that and was able to get some help; but they are limited.
    Good luck,

    Cristen
